From Cappadocia to New York.

Baris Koroglu’s story began in Cappadocia, Turkey, a region of cave dwellings and underground cities shaped by the Sumerians, Akkadians, Babylonians and Assyrians. Its artistry, mysticism and sense of community inform every space he creates.

Over two decades across nightlife, dining and experience design, he came to see hospitality as more than cuisine: atmosphere, storytelling and cultural resonance.
