Koroglu’s refined interpretation of all-day dining. By day, Dejavu becomes Caviar Cafe, inspired by the grand cafés and tea salons of Europe: plush seating, warm light and understated detail, elegant but never formal.
Premium, sustainably sourced caviar is served traditionally by the tin, with blinis and crème fraîche, alongside guided tastings, specialty espresso, elegant breakfasts and lunch, and traditional afternoon tea.
As daylight fades, candlelight replaces sunlight and the room turns into the Dejavu supper club.
