Where the tide meets the night.
Koroglu’s atmospheric interpretation of a late-night seafood lounge, where dining, music and mood flow together like the tide. Inspired by coastal Europe and old New York nightlife, it opened on June 26, 2025 with Marcus Andrew, at the address once home to the legendary Le Souk and Lamia Fish Market.
Marine-inspired tones, natural textures and candlelight frame a European take on seafood: fluke crudo with blood orange, piri piri scallops, branzino with Meyer lemon and salt-baked red snapper, with the stoves lit until midnight for lobster pasta. As the evening deepens, the lights soften and the music swells, like St. Barts or Ibiza after dark.

“We’re not trying to recreate what was. We’re building what’s missing: places that stay open late, feel like home, and deliver warmth with elegance.”
