A night that unfolds like a story.
An immersive dining and nightlife destination where atmosphere, cuisine and storytelling move as one. Set in a discreet West Village townhouse, Dejavu draws on Koroglu’s roots in Cappadocia, Turkey, a place defined by history, artistry and a sense of mystery.
The evening moves from refined Mediterranean dining, with Modern Turkish and Italian influences, into live shows and crafted cocktails, until a hidden speakeasy reveals its most intimate layer.
Chef Aslan’s menu ranges from burrata and pastrami croquettes to lemon spaghetti with caviar and manti in yogurt sauce. Mixologist Turgut’s bar uses sous-vide infusions and matcha foam; the signature DEJAVU cocktail blends white rum, lychee, yuzu and pineapple.

“Dejavu is about atmosphere, a refuge where one may escape the noise of the city, linger in good company, and allow the night to take its natural shape.”
